Pre-Natal/Post-Natal requires special attention. The transformation of a woman’s body before, during and after pregnancies must be addressed on a case by case basis. Areas of importance include:
- Maintaining strength, flexibility, and appropriate weight-management during pregnancy
- Creating a safe training progression post delivery addressing weight-loss, postural changes, and chronic pain concerns
- Implementing proper abdominal exercises to treat a diastasis and/or C-section
- Building stamina and endurance needed during labor and delivery

Paid amounts are non-transferable and non-refundable. Late/insufficient funds will result in a $35 penalty fee.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 Hours will be charged the full rate for that service.
